Ackermann & Partners s.r.o. is registered with the Office for Personal Data Protection under registration number 00062315. The company complies with the GDPR requirements, i.e., the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, effective May 25th, 2018.

Gathering and processing of personal data

We gather personal information, including e-mail addresses and other information, from our clients that is necessary to provide our services. The personal data and information thus obtained are used only for the purposes for which they were provided.

Ackermann & Partners s.r.o. processes personal data and other information provided automatically or manually.

We also provide the necessary personal data to the Consular Department of the Embassy of the Russian Federation - the only authority that can grant a visa based on a client's application submitted via our company. In some cases, we may also share personal data with Artionis Czech Republic s.r.o., the sole processor of personal data for the Consular Department of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Czech Republic.

We will use your name, surname, and address in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., as amended. Personal data will be used only for limited purposes.

You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify it, and other rights under Sections 11 and 21 of the Act. Protecting and respecting your rights is our priority.
